Sync and multiple devices
Pick up on another computer, and what happens to your data when you do.
Sign in on two computers and CogniPage carries your work between them: materials, notes, flashcards and the review schedule attached to them. You never configure anything — no server addresses, no credentials, no folders to point at.
Getting it working

Sign in on the first machine
Everything already captured there begins syncing up.

Install CogniPage on the second and sign in with the same account
Your library arrives. Give it a moment on a large collection.

Carry on
Review on the laptop, read on the desktop; both stay current. A card you answered on one machine is not due again on the other.
What syncs, and what does not

Settings deliberately stay local: which windows you are willing to have read on your work laptop is not a decision that should travel to your home machine by itself.
Working offline
Everything except AI generation works with no connection. Capture, scheduling and review carry on as normal, and AI requests you make while offline are queued and sent when you are back — a flashcard set generated on a train appears once you reconnect.
Signing out
Signing out stops sync and clears the stored session from your system credential store. What has already synced to that machine stays in its local database, so you can keep reviewing offline. To remove it as well, see Privacy and your data.
Without an account, captured text never leaves the machine at all. With one, it travels over an encrypted connection, and it is never used to train AI models. The full account is in the Privacy Policy.
